week2 day 2
Today started out just ok. Its my great TOM, so I didn't want to go walking, but I did for 32 minutes and I did well until it was evening, because I got a craving for pizza, chips, and snickers, so I had exactly that. but I got small serving instead of the family size that I would typically get. I'm not going to beat myself up about it though, because in the first 2 weeks of my plan I am allowed to make mistakes. Better now than later.

Snickers and pizza is a downfall for me, too.
ReplyDeleteGrr TOM stinks! I make tortilla pizza- take a ww tortilla and pop it in the oven for 5 mins and then top with a little sauce + cheese and bake again for 10 = pizza on tortilla chips (sorta) and then have the snickers... doesn't feel as bad that way. Have you tried the 100 calorie candy bars? All the joy, a fraction of the kcals!

ReplyDeleteGood recipes for just one person abound in the Flat Belly Diet book. It gave me so many choices for meals, it really helped me get my eating under control.
